Nature Stay Getaway ("we", "us") operates naturestaygetaway.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book a stay or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and booking details (dates, party size, property). Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to manage your reservation, communicate with you about your stay, and — only if you opt in — send occasional news and offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

Reservations are processed through our booking engine provider (Hostaway) and its payment processor. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: which pages are viewed, how visitors found us, and whether a booking was completed. For a booking it receives only the amount, the dates, the number of guests, the property and a booking reference number, never your name, email or phone number. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out with Google's free browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It records which pages are viewed and whether someone viewed a stay, searched for dates, started or completed a booking, sent a group request or joined our email list. For a booking it receives only the amount, the property and a booking reference number, never your name, email or phone number. Like any website service, Meta also receives the address of the page and your browser and device details, uses cookies, and may connect this activity to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. You can turn this off in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Accounts Center, then Ad preferences and "Your activity off Meta technologies"), or by blocking cookies in your browser.
